God Bless America!

Yes, I know I'm an atheist.
I sit here with tears in my eyes, knowing that my fellow Americans did the right thing.
We told the liars, the criminals, the thieves and those who sent out children to die in Iraq, that we have had enough.
Being good, decent, kind and honest paid off for us.
Being true patriots paid off for us.
Never quitting the fight paid off for us.
They tried to intimidate us at the polls.
It didn't work.
Thry tried robo-calling to harass us away from the polls.
It didn't work.
They tried every one of their dirty, underhanded tricks, and they DIDN'T WORK.
WE CAME THROUGH AS A NATION AGAINST THOSE WHO WOULD KEEP US DIVIDED
SO THEY COULD KEEP STEALING MONEY, POWER, AND MOST OF ALL, OUR PRECIOUS LIBERTIES.
THEY FAILED.
We didn't.
The American people came through with flying colors.
This, my fellow Americans, is what we're all about.
We stood up against the facist bully boys, and took a stand for what makes this country great.
I'm proud of y'all.
God bless you all for doing the right thing.
It's going to be a tough fight to fix it all.
Won't happen overnight.
Gonna be a shitload of work ahead.
You know what, though?
I'm up for it.
